how to arrange one column of cell data in increasing or decreasing order

If i have a cell array C = 103x1

and each cell has data

C{1}= [100x3]

C{2}=[100x3]

and so on

Third cordinate of C{1} is 15.6 and C{2} is 15.2 and C{3} is 14.8 and so on upto -9.6

third coordinate is decreasing by .4

so I need to sort data such that it should store in 2 cell array one is from 0 to 15.6 and other one is from -.4 to -9.6.
