i want to find the mahalanobis distance between two images.In the formula D=sqrt[(X-Y)C^-1(X-Y)'],what is the dimension of inverse cobariance matrix if X-Y is a matrix of size[1,65536]and (X-Y)' of dimension [65536 1].how to find the covariance matrix,someone please help....
