N4sid for MIMO system identification

Hello,

I wonder if someone has already used the N4SID Gui for a MIMO system case identifacation.

How can I express the Data that i already have to have a state space model describing the dynamics of my MIMO system? is it the same way in the case of SISO case?

n4sid accepts either frd or idfrd, these are built-in matlab functions. In creation of the idfrd or frd object, you define the number of input and outputs. MIMO and SISO cases are identical.
