how to read raw temperature data from BLE device

Using BLE to read temperature from Arduino nano 33 BLE onboard sensor (HTS221), MATLAB return the following 1x4 double :

[132 16 250 65]

seems like I should refer to the Temperature characteristic (UUID:"2A6E") according to Bluetooth Low Energy Specification

but how i can convert the raw data to temperature in celcius??

Hi. Can you please help me with how can I communicate to arduino nano 33 BLE board using matlab? Since, it isn't supported by Arduino support package for matlab.
