how to put switching device in simulink?

I am currently working on to simulate the Circuit for a lamp with electronic ballast. Currently stuck at how to put the switching device as in marked in red circle in the image attached here. I have tried to to connect the IGBT as the switching device. but it is not working. I've attached the image and the .slx file along with this question.
