Simulink Test: Coverage missing in Test Report

I have a componenet that consists of several reference models. When I run the test I can see the coverage results for each reference model in the Test Manager however when I generate a report I get the message that "No coverage report was generated for these models due to models not being found or library locks". How can I make sure that my coverage results are included in the report? See the attached image.

Edit: All the referenced models are on my Matlab path.

No, unfortunately I have not had any success in fixing this problem..
