Problem when using camproj('perspective')

I'm plotting the pressures on the facade of a building using patch and the lines on the floor using plot3. To make the grid lines on the floor I use very long lines.

When I use orthographic projection I obtain the following:

The when I use camproj('perspective') I obtain this:

The grid lines on the floor are visible through the building and there are lines on the building that should be hidden that are visible.

I don't know why it happens and it ruins the desired effect.
