install program（setup.exe） is not work

when i click the setup.exe,after 2 or 3 seconds,it will shutdown.Even if opened as administrator or compatibility mode,it didn't work either,Please help me,THX

Hi,

I consider it as installation issue. There is seperate team which handles such queries and ML Answers is not right platform for that. You can write to [e-mail] or create service request from the MathWorks main website.
