How to model a rotating target ?

Hello,

I am using the phased array system toolbox to model a rotating target (Plane propeller), I have generated a matrix containing the RCS values for the propller I have.

The question is how can I simulate the reflection of the rotating propeller ? All I found was ways to simulate tragets with translational motion.

It's not very high fidelity but should serve as a good starting point.
