How to Deploy Code on Target Machine having no toolbox

I created my model using Statistcs and Machine learning toolbox and now i want to deploy my code to machine with MATLAB having no toolbox. I have seen that via MATLAB COMPILER we can deploy the code into exe or dll etc. to run on other environments like C++ ot java etc., but is there any approach where after i train the model using Statistcs and Machine learning toolbox i dont need the following toolbox in target machine where i intend to deploy it?

The following link provides a detailed description on generating MEX function for Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox™ functions, that can be run standalone using MATLAB compiler.

Although all functions do not support MEX file creation and thus needed to be referred from documentation before deploying.
