Calibrating Blocks inside a referenced model running in accelerator mode

I would like to calibrate a a model that is referenced and which is running in accelerator mode.

e.g. set_param('RefModel/Const', 'Value', 'double(10)')

Is it possible to do this and update the state of the running Model (in accelereaetd mode) to make use of the changed value?
