gesture recognition, with notification

I am working on my project. I am making a system from stroke patients.who will comunicate to people through hand gesture when a patient performs a gesture in front of camera. If a gesture matches the database, alert message send mobile app from matlab. Thats what they need? But I don't know how I send this msg on Android app from MATLAB code.
