How can I disable/grey out a GUI block in Simulink Dashboard ?

Hello,
I am using Matlab 2018b Version.
I have created a Dashboard GUI using Simulink Dashboard Toolbox
How to disable/grey out a button based on my input value?
Also, how can i access the callback function of each GUI block?
