How to use thin plate spline interpolation?

Hello, I have two data, A and B. Each have (2007*1 double) data points. I want to use the thin plate spline interpolation between A and B. i follow the example but it show " " TPAPS can only handle data sites in the plane".Can anybody explain to me? thanks.
