When saving Simulink models via Windows on a Linux server, they can not be changed afterwards. I receive the following error message: "The file" H:\pathname\filename.slx" you are trying to save is not writable".
I did not have this problem with the 2018b version. I have write permission for this drive. The problem does not concern m-files, only simulink files.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

The issue seems to be related to some changes that have been introduced in MATLAB R2019a, regarding how files are saved.
This is a bug in R2019a as you can see in this EBR:
Upgrade MATLAB to fix the issue
