Matlab R2019a cannot open a file

MAtlab 2019a cannot open a *.m file. It is initializing indefinitely. I do not know why?
I tried to open a file to run it, but it always shows "initializing" with running sign turn around.

Try re-install if new download/installation?
If so, TMW supports installation/startup issues for all classes of customers including student so contact them directly.
