How to Make Circle Rotate and Revolve

Imagine two big circles....one inscribed in another which is a little bigger. How do I make the inner circle rotate about its own axis and also go round the inner walls of the bigger circle. The bigger circle does not move.

The inner circle is much bigger...almost as big as the outer circle...in terms of direction, you are on the right path...so where are the codes
