Finding the correlation coefficient between two images

Can you please help me on how to find the correlation coefficient between two images? thanks

You should be able to get the 2 x 2 correlation matrix this way:

ImgCorr = corrcoef(double(Im1(:)),double(Im2(:)));

From that you can take element 1,2 or element 2,1 as the correlation coefficient.
