Transfer deep learning training from Matlab to Keras

For the same model and same training images, Matlab always trains better model than Keras does. For example, I tried training a MobileNetV2 on image classification. Given the same training images, Matlab trained model can easily achieve 98% accuracy, but Keras trained model only got 85% accraucy.

I'm wondering if there's a way to output Matlab training parameters and settings, then import them to Keras for training?
