can't reach head node parallel computing

I am trying to setup a test head node in patlab parallel computing toolbox. I have followed the "setting up matlab parallel server with matlab job scheduler" video and created the host, MJS and workers I can find the MJS from another user account, but not from my laptop computer. trying the host name multiple times. while seeing in a remote desktop that admincenter is running configured and up.

I have verified I can reach the computers with ping (servername) from my computer and ping (computer name) from the server. I exported the settings file and imported it in the cluster profile manager and still no connection.

I assumed I don't have an open port, but I ran the C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2018a\toolbox\distcomp\bin\addMatlabToWindowsFirewall.bat and found my server doesn't have a firewall, and it set the computer with the firewall settings.

I don't know how to reach it or what debug steps to take to see what is blocking the cluster profile manager validation.
