expm_multiply in MATLAB

I wish to calculate exp(At)v for a complex symmetric matrix A and a vector (or bunch of vectors) v.
expm is a great tool, but I am hoping to be faster (and more accurate?) by using something like expm_multiply(A,b), where I directly calculate exp(At)B, rather than computing expm(A) and then multiplying by B. Is there a MATLAB function for this kind of an expm operation?
