MATLAB Segmentation Violation after attempting to run a simulink file

I have been attempting to open up my Simulink File after loading up its workspace. However, MATLAB stops functioning by telling me that it has an internal error, with the following script provided. Is there any way I can get this to work again. I need this urgently. Thank you!
