3D plot 3 vectors of data - activity distribution

Hello!

I want to plot a 3D of the calculated activity data in a x-y-plane. I have a x-y coordinate system with different activity concentrations, so either a surface or bar graph will be fine. (my vectors hav around 600 data points, some of the x and y values are equal).

I have tried different plots (like surf and bar3h), but it haa not been any success.
