I get the error "Fatal Internal Error: std::exception: CPU inspection returned inconsistent values" for Compiled m file code.

I get the error "Fatal Internal Error: std::exception: CPU inspection returned inconsistent values" when I try to run a compiled MatLab m file. Actually, it's the magicsquare.m example. We work in a cgroups environment with containers (LXC) under Ubuntu 14.04. It was noticed that if an entire machine is reserved, then the code runs fine. Is there any support for a container, cgroup environmnet?
