break surface into 4 quadrant

Hi, I've got a tri-surface. It is positioned with the geometric center in (0,0,0) coordinate. Now, as the surface is symmetrical I just want to use the part of the surface localized in the second quadrant.
How can I break the surface and keep only the second quadrant?
