Spine MRI scan image processing and segmentation of spine components.

Currently i have spine MRI scan images in .IMA format in siggital view. I need to separate the spine vertebra and intervertebral discs and use it as a dataset to implement neural networks later on.

I came across the training video on mathworks: https://in.mathworks.com/videos/medical-image-processing-with-matlab-81890.html . This explains how to process the MRI scan images and create a 3D model from it. Is it possible to get the code that is being used and also, is it posible to export the 3D model outside MATLAB and use it in a different software for 3D model enhancement?
