MIMO system modeling and control in matlab and simulink

Hi,I have modelled a MIMO system. Now i have to design a PID controller forthe system's predefined trajectory. If the system designed in state space with a transfer f unction matrix (6x2), how can I design a feed back system. by using in simulink and matlab code. matrix A(13x13), B(13x6), C(2x13).
