If you want specific help post what you tried:
fun = @(theta).... your function without integral
integral(fun,0,pi/2)

thanks mr madhan for your answer and how can i plot it ?
Clear Marklina's answer moved here for consistency:
i'm trying this,but it doesn't give the result :
f=@(theta)((cos(pi/2*cos(theta))^(2))/sin(theta));
integral(f,0,pi/2)
Try this:
f=@(theta)((cos((pi./2).*cos(theta)).^(2))./sin(theta));
integral(f,0,pi/2)
