Automated Driving System Toolbox Create Static Object

Hi there, I'm going to Automated Driving System Toolbox to create static objects and get range-angle response.
1.
I notice that in the GUI(Scenario Canvas) I can only place my radar on a "car".
Further more, If I want to compile/run my setting, I have to set moving path of the cars first, which means I can not run a scenario including only static cars.
2.
How can I obtain range-angle response ?
3.
If I want to use phased array toolbox to do the same things. (I want to create a large scale of simulation data, code-only interface is more friendly for me. )
How can I do?
