setting net.Trainparam.time on timedelaynet isnt't working

Hello,
I'm running some test with timedelaynets (several topologies, training functions and transfer functions), and I set up net.Trainparam.time=300, however, sometimes it takes much longer than that to train...
I there any other parameter to set up maybe?
