LTE Information Centric Networking Simulation

Hi all,

I am trying to build an end-to-end LTE simulation which will focus on caching on LTE nodes. I did some research on MATLAB's LTE toolbox but I think it doesn't provide an information centric or named data solution. Can anyone tell me a way to achieve an information centric (named data networking) approach to LTE simulation on MATLAB?
