Saving codes in Live editor to script

I have written matlab code on Live Editor. I would like to extract these codes into a standard script. Please advise the steps.

On you Live Script Editor go to “Save as…” and select MATLAB Code (*.m)

Can we go the other way around from script to Live Script?
