FFT - Output maximum values

Is there an easy way to read the maximum amplitudes with the corresponding frequencies in Matlab after the FFT?

If you have the Signal Processing Toolbox the

doc findpeaks

with appropriate parameterisation, that you would have to experiment with, can do this.
