Animating temperature plot over time

I am simulating a building with multiple rooms and a radiator in each room. I get the temperatures in each room as outputs.

My output data is n*1 vector where n=number of time frames(rows) and for every time frame there is a temperature value.

I want to create a plot where in the rooms are plotted with the same arrangement ( spatial distribution ) in Simulink as shown in the image

After that, each room has to be filled with color to show the temperature change in them and this plotting process has to be animated the temperature should spread in the room in this manner

I want to plot these values like a contour with different color for different values in an animated way.
