Variable resistor in Simscape Specialized Technology

I need a variable resistor but I am using the Simscape Specialized Technology library and doesn't exist in this library. How can I do a variable resistor?

You can build one fairly quickly using the approach discussed here:

Essentially, you create an input port for the resistance and multiply the current by that input signal to implement .
