saving .mat files in subfolders

I have three variables a= 0:1, b=12:18, c=100:100:2000. I have a script to generate output .mat files (2 of them) for every combination of the above variables. I need to save the first output mat file in subfolder c=100 inside subfolder b=12 of folder a=0 and likewise. Could anyone please help me out?
