MatLab Impulse Delta Help..

"Write a function that accepts values for signal X[n] as an array with -100 ≤ n ≤100"

I am trying to implement the following signal resulting from multiplication of X[n] and (δ[n-3] + 10δ[n+3]).

I just need help getting started. I am not looking for complete answers.
