Current folder and windows explorer show different times?

In my "current folder" in Matlab, there exists a list of folders. I have also chosen to show the date/time last modified. However the times are one hour different than the times shown for the same folder in windows explorer.

When using the "dir" function in Matlab, it returns the date/time as displayed in windows explorer.

Can anyone tell me how to fix the current folder to show the correct times? I have tried refreshing the current folder. I am using Matlab 2018a.
