Undefined function or variable 'envspectrum'

I am using MATLAB R2017a: "MATLAB Version: 9.2.0.538062 (R2017a), Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0 (Build 16299), Java Version: Java 1.7.0_60-b19 with Oracle Corporation Java HotSpot™ 64-Bit Server VM mixed mode".
I came up with an error while using the 'envspectrum' function: "Undefined function or variable 'envspectrum'" eventhough the toolbox is already installed. How to rectify this error?

Don't post your license information in a public answers forum. I deleted it from your question since it is only relevant if you send details to Mathworks tech support, not for a user forum.

The function envspectrum was introduced in R2017b, as shown at the bottom of the documentation page. So I would recommend updating your MATLAB to the latest version.
