car plate number recognition

hi every body... i am looking for matlab code for car plate number recognition...the idea of my work is to design codes by Multi Layer Perceptron NN to recognize both numbers and characters on the plate ........the plate num & characters are................ Y 26 M A Y.... that's all. thanx.
