I Have a Problem with Sim Command. Please Help me

when i want to change parameter in simulink file with Sim command. this error Appears:

Unable to open file for reading: "subsystem.mdl".

please help me

How do you run the SIM command exactly? Also, does subsystem.mdl exist the current working directory?
