Matlab and GAMS Interface

I am using matlab version R2017b and GAMS23.3 for which i have the license. When i tried to the matlab-gams interface, i got the following error: 'gams' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file I have added the gams directory as an environmental variable. In addition, i have included its path to matlab directory. However, i still got the same problem.

Could you please advise how to resolve this issue.
