Non Linear Regression - Multi - variable modelling

I want to fit three variables having non-linear relation in between them (Initial plotting of two variables show an exponential relation between them). how can i use non linear regression in Matlab? or is there any statistical toolbar for that to be used for curve fitting and model generation??
