Compiling all deployed application in a launcher

Hi,

I've more than 20 stand alone compiled application. I've to give the same for my team. I don't want to give this as a 20 seperate applications, I want to compile all application in a single launcher. I understand This can be done before compiling my calling within the program. How can I do the same after conpiling.

I also will update some application to next version, but at that time I would like to compile only the updated program not the all 20 programs.

I also like to know is there any ways that I can connect my launcher to online and download the applications from a share point?
