I have a matrix (with 3 pillars) with following data: Data=importdata('CLogDivL.txt'); Groupindex: G=Data(:,1); Length of molekule L=Data(:,2); log(s)/L logSdivL=Data(:,3); In the first pillar we have the group index (1,2,3) that refers to 3 different molecules (we have multiple measurments for each molecule) in the second pillar we have each the lenght of the 3 molekules and in pillar 3 we have each result for the multiple measurments of the 3 molecules. Now i need to make a boxplot for each groupindex, but how do i do that?

Please read the available MATLAB documentation, e.g. " Plot Data Grouped by Category" and " Box plot". In general, searching the Internet (e.g. Google, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo!, etc) for phrases like 'matlab boxplot' will give you the documentation needed.
In this case, make a matrix with your data, a vector with the grouping (category) info the same length, and then simply execute boxplot(datamatrix, groupingvector) as the documentation says.
