How to call matlab function remotely from VBA or call matlab function remotely from matlab

I am trying to use excel or matlab to call a matlab function which runs a simulink model in remote computer. Both matlab and simulink are installed in remote computer. So is there a way to remotely connect between local VBA to remote matlab function? By the way, my remote computer also need to login so how to deal with it? I tried:

   matlab= CreateObject(matlab.applicaiton,"IP Address")
  end

in Excel but it seems not working.
