MATLAB 2014a license error

One of my customer is receiving this message. The Mx contract for my license expired on 31 Aug. Customer started receiving pop-up when starting Matlab to ignore or deactivate license. Had no issues when pushing ignore. Accidentally pushed deactivate last week and not cannot use Matlab now. How do we resolve this?
