How can I solve error -5,147 ?

Would anyone help to solve error -5,147? I have installed Matlab 2015b with full package but when I used database command it results in error -5,147. I have installed the jdbc driver in the javapath, but nothing worked

Error using database
License checkout failed.
License Manager Error -5
Cannot find a license for Database_Toolbox.

It appears you do not have a license for that toolbox.

I have checked in the installation that Database box is already ticked, the license I used also already the license.lic

Does it mean that I need to renew the license and update the current license?

can we renew the license once it is already installed?
