Synchronous Machine parameters rules.

Hi, I had a problem in the assignment of the parameters in the "Synchronous Machine pu Standard" model. The theory indicates that this rule must be given in the parameters.

X_d >= X_q > X_q' >= X_d' > X_q''>= X_d''

T_{do}' > T_{do}''

T_{qo}' > T_{qo}''

but even under this condition, Simulink tells me that the parameters are not consistent. What are the rules for assigning these parameters?
