calling java class from matlab

Hello all, I am doing my project in matlab. But one module is implemented in java( IDE netbeans). To combine the modules i need to call java class from matlab. I included the javaclasspath in classpath.txt. When i run the m file i get the following error.
??? Error using ==> javaObjectEDT No class Main can be located on Java class path
Error in ==> primary_pat4 at 313 javaObjectEDT('Main');
Plz help
